Our packages are settled annually, a monthly payment is not possible.

It is possible that you have created a QR code and have not linked it directly to your account. Our support team can link this to the correct account for you. Please contact our support team and provide the support employee with the following information to speed up the process:

– The email address of the account to which the QR code(s) may be linked.

– The QR Code(s) in question (enclose as an attachment).

– The link(s) associated with the relevant QR Code(s).

Please contact our support staff for this, it is important to indicate that it is a non-profit purpose.

This means that the free trial period of your account has expired (10 days after creating the QR code). To activate this QR code an upgrade to a paid package is required. You can do this from your account.

This means that a Dynamic QR code has been created without an account. Dynamic QR codes do not work without an account, you can link this QR code to your account by scanning the QR, clicking on ‘claim’ and creating an account. In this way, the QR is directly linked to your account.
